Big double room in Wimbledon house

A big double room available in our house to rent.

The room is located on first floor, we use an upstairs bathroom so the bathroom in the first floor will be mostly yours. We use the other bedrooms on the first floor as offices so only used during the day. The room is big enough to fit a desk and has loads of closet space.

We sleep on top floor of the house. So your room will be semi private.

The kitchen and living room will be shared use and we have a lovely garden available for use.

We have two pets: a cat and a dog. The dog is a friendly cocker spaniel and the cat is a feisty main coon. Pet lovers encouraged.

We also have a 5 month old baby who will be sleeping on the top floor at the other end of the house. So ypu should hear any nighttime shenanigans.
As we have a baby we looking for a quieter tenant. No parties.

We are a friendly couple and would be up for a chat in the evening. Husband is from Argentina and is always looking for excuse to fire up the BBQ.
