Indian female flatmate currently living in the 2 bed 2 bath apartment is looking for a gentle flatmate like her. She is super nice and has a degree in Maths and works as an actuarial analyst and ideally looking for a flatmate who has also graduated.

You will be sharing an apartment with Indian female. 2 double bed, 2 bath apartment with balcony, Bosch kitchen, free parking, 3 minutes walk from the Northern Line, SW19.

2nd floor, 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, meticulously designed, balcony, river nearby, elevator, electronic undercroft parking.

Bosch steel kitchen, wall lighting, spiral radiators, the double bedrooms have two tall wardrobes each. Furniture includes 2 double beds, 2 bedside tables, 3 seater sofa, coffee table, tv stand, dining table, microwave. BT/Sky sockets available throughout the property.

The main bedroom includes an en-suite shower.

There is a weekend Farmers & Craft market at the other end of the development adjacent to the River Wandle. On-site Nuffield Health fitness centre, riverside restaurants and less than 5 minutes walk to Colliers Wood tube station, Northern Line, hypermarket and retail stores, including Next, Sainsbury's, M&S and Boots. The flat is on Chapter Way, SW19.

The flat is both close and has direct access to Christchurch Road, so it is a very short walk to the tube station.

Little need to turn on heating because windows and walls are modern and well insulated, even in winter.
