Ensuite couples room in Colliers Wood.

We are looking for a couple (or single!) to move in to our lovely house in Colliers Wood, available from early-mid October (flexible on date).

RENT: £1375 per month + bills

- The rent also INCLUDES a gym downstairs which is open 24/7!

- Spacious double room with an ensuite, balcony and walk in wardrobe.

- Lots of natural light throughout the day.

Transport & area🚆

- Colliers Wood tube station (Northern line) is a 3 min walk through the park…. One stop from tooting and 10 mins from Clapham!

- Plenty of bus routes around that are minutes away from the house.

- Haydons Road is a 10 minute walk, and would be the nearest overground. Wimbledon is also a 20 minute walk (or Balham on the tube, 3 stops away)

- Less than a 10 minute walk to Sainsburys, M&S, Aldi, Liddl, Boots, Dunelm (all big ones) and so much more. We have allll the shops you could need around

- Lovely neighbourhood with plenty of cafes and good local pubs🍻

Flatmates:
You would be living with Georgia, 26, from NZ, who works in Ecommerce for a health and wellness company! pretty active and social but also enjoy a chill night in!

We also have another room up for grabs in the same flat if you AND and friend are hoping to move in together(!!!!!!)

Hoping for friends as well as flatmates that we can spend time with at home and out and about too. We are also on the top floor and get some pretty incredible sunsets
