Single room between Tooting and Colliers' Wood

Spacious single room which is a 6 minute walk from Tooting Overground Station, a 15/20 minute walk from Tooting Broadway, and a similar timeframe from Colliers' Wood Station. The 77 bus at the top of the road also goes to Vauxhall and Waterloo too, so loads of transport options.

The room comes with a bedframe, mattress, chest of drawers and desk (they're mine but I'm leaving them behind). A wardrobe also came with the room. Pictures will be uploaded shortly but it overlooks onto the back of the house, which is quite nice and shielded from view by trees. A large window also lets lots of light into the room.

I am moving out due to university arrangements, but my housemates are both shift workers, and we exist on very different schedules.

Band D council tax

Ideally looking to move out by the 31st December, or January 31st at the latest, so the tenant would be moving in officially 1st Jan or 1st December (however, in terms of moving stuff alternative arrangements can be made earlier).
