Both stations offer easy access across London.

Who Lives Here

One other tenant, a 29-year-old Italian guy working in finance. He is rarely at home and has his own separate bathroom. The flat is quiet and relaxed.

Tenancy

Available from end of June or beginning of July, flexible entry date. The contract runs until 8 October, which can be extended if you are interested in staying longer.

Cost

1,350 pounds per month plus bills, council tax, and fast wifi (approximately 150 pounds per month). A one-off fee of 300 pounds covers initial costs for kitchen items, appliances, and household equipment including plates, cutlery, pots, kitchen accessories, and a Dyson vacuum cleaner. A one month deposit of 1,350 pounds is required when entering.
