The building also benefits from two private communal gardens (one on each side of the building), accessible only to residents with a fob key.

Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with friendly, clean, and respectful young professionals from the UK and China. We’re looking for a like-minded mature student or young professional in their 20s or 30s who values a tidy home, respects others, and helps keep communal areas clean.

Location & Transport:
The flat is ideally located within 8–14 minutes’ walk of four tube stations:
Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Shadwell, and Limehouse.

Commercial Road bus stop is directly opposite the property

24-hour buses (25 & 255) are just a 1-minute walk away, providing direct access to Central London

Local Area:
The area is lively and convenient, with excellent options for shopping and dining. Sainsbury’s Superstore, Tesco Express, and a wide variety of local shops, mini-markets, and off-licences are all within walking distance.
For nightlife, art, music, and food lovers, Brick Lane, Shoreditch, and Old Street are easily reachable on foot.
