Huge room with stunning views

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our newly refurbished apartment in E1, London – located on the 13th floor with incredible views across the city and Canary Wharf from every room.

About the apartment:
• Fully refurbished, with brand new carpets, mattresses, furniture & all kitchen appliances
• Bright, top-floor flat with lots of natural light
• 5 mins walk to Shadwell station & 8 mins to Limehouse
• PureGym just 8 mins away
• Groceries & convenience stores within 3 mins
• Santander bike docks just around the corner

💰 Rent: £900 + ~£100-150 bills (incl. internet, electricity, water & council tax – Band C). We also put some money aside for house cleaning/maintenance products.

About us:
You’ll be living with Ines (29F) and Raj (32M).
• Raj is a data scientist (hybrid)
• Ines is a software developer (mostly office-based)

We’re both entrepreneurial and busy during the week, but enjoy:
• Sharing dinners or a chat after work
• Travelling & socialising
• Tech & personal growth
• Dancing (salsa/reggaeton 💃)
• Sports (football, cricket, F1) & cultural plans (museums, concerts)

We have our own routines but genuinely enjoy creating a friendly, homely atmosphere.

Who we’re looking for:
Young professional, preferably +25 yo, someone easy-going, communicative, tidy and clean (the cleaning standard here is high, we have a rota and we expect the new tenant to get involved and keep the house in good shape) and sociable, someone who is not just looking for a room, but a place to call home (and maybe make two new friends 😊)
