We’re looking for a girl to join our cosy flat in the heart of Shoreditch, right on Commercial Street.

You’ll have your own large room with bathroom en suite. The common areas feature a separate kitchen and living room.

You’d be living with two girls — one a student and one a professional — and we’re a friendly, social household who enjoy hanging out together but also have our own lives. We love exploring the neighbourhood, trying new restaurants and coffee spots, working out, and wandering around the Columbia Road Flower Market on Sundays. Basically, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean and easygoing, and who would be up for the occasional dinner, drink or neighbourhood adventure!

📍 Location: Commercial Street, Shoreditch — incredibly well located for everything Shoreditch, Spitalfields and the City have to offer.

🏠 The flat: A cosy, historic home in a brilliant location with a nice balance of having your own space while still being a sociable household.

📅 Move-in: November 1st, although an earlier move-in may be possible — happy to discuss.

💷 Bills: Approximately £50/month, plus £10/month for WiFi and approximately £90/month for council tax.
