Large and Bright Double room fully furnished with loads of built-in closets will be available from 1st October in a flatshare off Commercial Road between Shadwell and Limehouse stations.

*There are 2 secured communal gardens on both sides of the building available only for the residents.

In the flat are friendly, social and clean young professionals in their 20's from UK and Italy and I'm looking for a like-minded mature student or professional in their 20's or early 30's. Must be respectful with others and a clean and tidy person.
A female tenant would be preferred to maintain a good balance in the house, as there is currently only one female living with three males. However, we will also consider male applicants.

The flat is located exactly between 4 tube stations: Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Shadwell and Limehouse. All of them within 8-14min walk.

It's a very friendly area and good for eating and shopping.
If you want to enjoy the night life, art, music and restaurants, the notorious streets of Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Old Street are within walking distance.

Commercial Road Bus stop just across the road. Buses #25 & #255 only 1min walk from the house running 24 hours taking you straight to central London.

There is a SuperStore Saintsbury, a Tesco Express and all kind of shops, mini supermarkets and Off licences within walking distance.

All bills except Electric (around £10/15 person/month) will be included in the rent.
