Ensuite in Spitalfields

I’m leaving my ensuite bedroom in Spitalfields as I am moving with my partner. My flatmate is my best friend and I’d love to find someone suitable to take over the lease. We are in our early thirties, professionals working in tech in the city. we don’t take ourselves too seriously and like to keep the place light and fun. We’re big on tidiness and would like the place to remain tidy and livable. We share chores like cleaning organizing and dishes. no schedule really, it’s the type of household that if you see something that doesn’t look right, fix it. we have a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Rent is 1300, bills are about 150-190 a month depending on seasons (council tax, water, energy, heating). I am a queer man, Larrisa is a heterosexual woman who runs with the queers. No homophobia, racism, any of that BS.

2 min walk to Spitalfields, 8 min walk to Liverpool st station, 5 mins walk to aldgate east.
