Peaceful and Beautiful Garden Room

We are renting our beautiful second bedroom for the short term - happy to rent by the week or by the month! We are looking to move by autumn so we don’t know how long we’ll be here.

It is a large light-filled two-bedroom Victorian flat with a balcony, eat-in kitchen, bathroom (separate shower and bathtub), and large living room. This flat feels like an oasis in the heart of London. It’s very special!

Your Room is a quiet garden-facing room, furnished with a UK King Bed (Emma mattress and John Lewis bed frame), a small desk and chair, great wifi and built-in wardrobe.

The Neighbourhood: It's a magical place to live! The location couldn't be better and surprisingly it’s very quiet and safe, with security around the corner and patrols the streets 24/7. There are incredible transport options connecting to everywhere (Covent Garden tube is 1 min away).

Bills are included and we require a minimum deposit of a week’s rent. We use a sublet agreement that list the T&Cs of the security deposit etc.

About You: You are a student or working professional who is tidy and considerate, and an awesome communicator. You are happy to live with a couple and you know how to take care of a home. You are not a smoker/partier/drug user. This rental is perfect for someone who is working or studying nearby, traveling and wants a central location, just moved to London or someone who wants to stay in the heart of the city. We are looking to move by autumn so that’s why it’s short term.

About Us: We are married professionals who work in the arts and in hospitality. Christina is originally from San Francisco and has been in London for a decade. Christian is from Liverpool and moved to London to be with Christina last year. And no - we didn’t plan for our names to match 😂. We love to stay active, eat healthy, travel, play board games, and are often out seeing friends.

We would love to share our home with someone who is fun-loving, responsible, kind, and mature. We have had only really positive experiences with subletters and hope to continue!
