Hiya!

We have a large double (room1) available in our NW house.

The room is the second biggest in the house, and is fully furnished with a bed, desk/chair and massive wardrobe. (AVAILABLE 1st JULY).

Only a bus ride or walk to; Kilburn/Willesden Green(Jubilee), Golders Green (Northern) or Kilburn Park (Bakerloo) tubes, as well as Cricklewood and Brondesbury overground stations.

Rent is as follows-
£550 pcm (Deposits - one month’s rent)- AVAILABLE 1st JULY

Bills are roughly £90 pcm which includes internet, power/gas, water and council tax.

Couples for Room 1 £780 pcm (incl. bills)

Living with myself Megan, Nanny from NZ, Chloe, HR recruiter from Southend, and Bex, works in Sales. We’re a super chilled flat who enjoy chatting and occasionally hanging out. Looking for likeminded people.

There’s a massive kitchen and living area and we’re also one of the lucky few with a proper backyard.

(Also unsure why it’s saying total number of rooms is 2- This house is 4 bedrooms).
