Cozy, medium size dbl room available in Zone 2 Cricklewood/Willesden Green.
10 mins from Gladstone Park, 15 mins walk to Willesden Green tube or 2 bus stops, 15 mins walk to Cricklewood train station. Shops, cafes, post office, amenities, gym with swimming pool nearby.

The room is downstairs in a 6 bedroom, 2 floor, semi detached house with a garden. There are only 4 working females living in the property due to the 5th tenant working abroad long term, likely permanently while keeping his tenancy in London.

The house is generally quiet however not suitable for working from home.

We have no living room. Live-out landlord, quick to get things fixed.

Room offers lots of storage: built in cupboards, sturdy, large wardrobe with full length mirror on the side and plenty of space under the bed with new bed mattress and new carpet. There's space for a desk or similar (coffee table can be removed). New, doubleglazed windows.

The downstairs bathroom and kitchen including the fridge/freezer are shared by only the downstairs 3 tenants (including you). Same is true for the cleaning of these areas that we have a fortnightly cleaning rota for.

The room has a pleasant climate all year round and no humidity/mould issue whatsoever.

We all like our sleep at night and to keep a peaceful home but we do have our lives.

Strictly non-smoking house and each room is for single occupancy only.

Bathroom with toilet inside, excellent water pressure all over including in the shower. Small kitchen with 2 chairs, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster, oven, grill and fridge-freezer.
Gas heating with a new boiler.

Please note there's no extra storage space outside the bedroom.

We have a washing machine and a small, south facing, grassy garden, these shared between all the tenants. It has a long washing line to dry laundry when weather permits and also a few, old, plastic garden chairs we can use.

Bills:
£5/week for water per person
Wifi £12/month per person
Gas+electricity combined in non-heating months around £20/person, in heating months around £50 per person.

Rent monthly £585, it includes council tax.

Checkable work references and also previous landlord references are required.

Guests and visitors are ok at no extra charge.

About the tenants:

We're all respectful, friendly, considerate working, non-smoking females from the EU. We speak fluent english and do like a chat but have separate lives and respect each other's personal space.

Minimum stay 6 months.

We have no secure storage for bicycles and they're not allowed inside the house/rooms.
