RENT AND BILLS

The bills (energy , water, council tax , internet ) are included in the rent.

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing the house with 4 other housemates who are 40years old + professionals so it would be probably best suited for someone in the same age group.
They are all friendly and considerate . Everyone is quite independent but sociable , enjoying the occasional chat, laugh and/or drink(s) every now and again . There is also a very friendly house cat .

THE AREA
The house is located in North Cricklewood, within walking distance to the high street that offers a whole selection of supermarkets, restaurants , pubs , gym , and more .. there is a park just behind the house, a massive Tesco on the other side of the park , Brent Cross shopping center and Golders Green are also very near .
