A big double room in our newly refurbished house is available to rent from the 26th of May 2026, for £870 per month (bills excluded).

The house is located in Cricklewood NW2 London, on a very quiet residential road. It was refurbished last year, so the wall paint, furniture, bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom are completely new. It's a 4-bedroom house with a private garden. Although it's just the 3 of us, we use the 4th room as extra storage for common use.
Transports are very good, with 5 different bus lines down the road, plus Thameslink, Jubilee, and Northern lines (zones 2/3) just a few minutes away. We have Gladstone Park at 5 minutes' walk, supermarkets and a gym around the corner. The area is overall safe and quiet, we've been happily living in this neighbourhood for the last 5 years.

The room for rent has a double king-size bed, drawers, and a wardrobe. You'll share the flat with two other professionals: me (Italian) and a Spanish girl. You'll share the bathroom with one person only.

Despite stereotypes of Italian and Spanish people, we're not party animals; we're very chill and respectful of each other's spaces, and we really care about living in a clean and cosy place.
We have busy lives, but we're always happy to spend some time chatting on the sofa or having a coffee together.
