I’m moving back home and looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Cricklewood.

📅 Available from late July, although there is flexibility for an earlier move-in date if needed.

• Bright and spacious double bedroom

• Large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables
• Shared bathroom with just one other flatmate
• Plenty of storage

The bathroom is technically shared with Anika, but she has her own separate toilet, so you’ll get the vast majority of use of the bathroom and storage space.

The bedroom currently overlooks a building site. There is activity there Monday–Saturday during the day, but the flat remains quiet in the evenings and overnight.

👯 THE FLATMATES

You’ll be living with:

Anika (28) – works as a nanny and keeps long hours, so she’s usually out during the day and often not home until late evenings. Friendly, easy-going and very considerate.

Abass (30) – an accountant who works long hours and is super chilled. He mostly keeps to himself but is always friendly and easy to live with.

The overall vibe of the flat is very relaxed and low-key. Everyone respects each other’s space and privacy, but we’re always friendly when we cross paths. Friends and partners are welcome to visit and the atmosphere is very easy-going.

💰 COSTS

Rent: £1,030 pcm

Bills: £140 pcm (covers everything)

Deposit: £750

The deposit is unusually low because the tenancy dates back to the original tenants who signed during Covid and names have simply been transferred as people have moved in and out.
