This is a joint tenancy running until June 2027. A new contract will need to be set up with the agency upon move-in. Under the new Renters' Rights Bill, two months' notice is required before moving out.

Currently set up with a single bed (not shown in photos), but can be furnished/unfurnished and adjusted to a double bed or altered storage for the right person.
