I am sadly moving out of this flat in the West Hampstead area after 3 and a half years to go travelling, so I am looking for someone to take over my lovely, spacious double room with ensuite bathroom from mid-November!

🛏️ Room is a first floor spacious double in a 3 bedroom flat. Comes fully furnished with a desk and lots of storage.

🏠 Shared kitchen/living area.

👭 Sharing with two female working professionals.

Sabrina - 'I'm 29, originally from Germany but been living in London for more that 5 years. I work in fundraising for a threate so not surprise that I love theatre, musicals and opera. Big cook and house plant collector. With my job being very social, I like to have a quiet evening every once in a while but always up for movie nights and trips to the pub for a pub quiz.'

Amy-Leigh - 'Hi! I'm 36 and moved to London at the start of August. I'm a Civil Servant and I hybrid work. I love going to the theatre, live music, exploring London and reading, but I'm always up for new experiences or staying in and having quieter evenings.'

🗓️ Move in date from 14th November.

💰 Bills come to around £120-130 each a month.

🚝 Well connected to Thameslink, Overground and Jubilee line (10 minute walk to Cricklewood or Kilburn, 15 minute walk to West Hampstead). Bus stop is a one minute walk away

No couples, pets or smokers - sorry!
