Move in with me to Cricklewood (zone 2/3)?

I have secured a guardianship licence in a semi furnished flat right beside cricklewood station for 475£ per person per month!!!

MOVE IN DATE 22ND OCTOBER (can be flexible)

The cheapest 2 bed in london, perhaps?

1min walk to Cricklewood Station, 15min to the city on the train, and 15min walk from jubilee line which then takes 30mins to canary wharf (my commute)

requirements as part of the scheme:
-Income over 1k over licence fee and bills
-(pay for your own) £20 DBS check
-need to have a plan B property (can move in with family/friends worst case)

Helpful things:
-Similar interests to me: I like climbing (winter, rock indoor, outdoor) ,trail running, cycling, progressive politics,
-friendly and helpful
-clean enough, willing to regularly look after the place with regular spring cleans
-owns or willing to buy a bit of furniture (i have a car so can help drive the furtniture around)
-if you're vegan veggie etc that's great, I'm not, so beware meat will be cooked in this house!!!

Student around my age is fine but it's inefficient for council tax so I might ask for a contribution so i don't have to pay more tax.

Guardianship is different from tenancy (which is why it is so cheap) please read up on it. I can send you a template contract.

They are knocking these flats down at some point, this could happen maybe just after 6 months or up to 6 years (we just wont know!)
