A bright, spacious double room overlooking a peaceful garden with lots of natural light. The room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk (other furniture will be coming with me).

​The flat features a shared kitchen, living area, conservatory and access to the garden.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two other flatmates upstairs and there is a second bathroom downstairs available for use when needed

You’ll be joining 3 friendly, clean, and considerate flatmates. I've lived with them for a few years now and we all like the balanced house, always up for an occasional flat catch-up, dinner, or a glass of wine together in the evening, but we completely respect each other's busy schedules and need for personal space and quiet downtime.

In addition to rent the additional bills to consider are:
Gas and Electric (approx £54 each a month on average)
Water (approx £26 each a month)
Council Tax (approx £77 each a month)
