Suits a quiet person who just wants to sleep in a comfortable room after a busy day. Kitchen is small, so would suit someone who cooks quick meals.

Room does not have a wardrobe but enough space to hang or fold clothes.

- Single person only. Not for couples (sorry!)

- Lodger Agreement will be issued
