Downstairs double room in a beautiful 4 bed house just a 2 minute walk away from Crofton Park Station!

I am a LIVE IN landlord looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to join my house share and hopefully be friends with. Ideally looking for people from the creative industries! This will be a lodger agreement.
The house has recently undergone a refurbishment which is nearly done but still has a few finishing touches to come. The rooms are furnished and come with a double bed (with ottoman storage) and wardrobe/drawers.

The house is designed with a stunning blush pink and gold theme and a bright pink front door, very Barbie dream house, BUT the bedrooms all have plain walls and white doors on the inside so you can really make the room your own! There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a large communal living room. The living room includes a projector which everyone is free to use, perfect for movie nights!
Recently had a garden refurb with new grass, raised bed veg patches and a pizza oven & bbq! Additional second toilet as well as a bathroom so no problem in the mornings when people are getting ready.

A bit about me: I am a full time freelancer, 27, brought up in London with Irish heritage. I work in various creative industries, my main job is an actor & singer but I also work in social media editing and currently as a PA, anything creative is the goal really! I have ADHD so this is also a neurodiversity friendly household.
I am really looking to live with kind people with creative interests, preferably female, that want to make the house a home and be friends with the people they live.

Current housemates include 2 friendly girls in their 20s, Emma from Paris and Laura from Austria who both work in publishing. My boyfriend is also regularly at the house (he is an actor musician and handyman), although this is a girls house at its core.

The room that is available is replacing our flatmate Claire, who has lived with us for just under 2 years and is only moving out to explore different areas of London whilst she’s on her sabbatical from her job in Ireland. Room move in date is not confirmed yet but likely to be around August.
The property is very close to Crofton Park station and Brockley station/Honor oak park are equally around a 15minute walk either way.
Perfect for commutes to schools such as Mountview or Goldsmiths for Masters Students, or commuting into town for those working in London.

Rent for the bigger room is £985 including bills (Bills average around £150 inc. council tax, water, gas, electric, WiFi & we have a house contribution of £15 each a month that goes towards a reorder of group items such as toilet roll, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent etc that we can all use - saves having to remember who is next to buy things)
