Lovely large unfurnished double bedroom available from 15th May in the Crofton Park neighbourhood of Brockley. Right opposite Crofton Park station!

The room is a spacious double fronted bedroom with wooden floorboards and a gorgeous fireplace. It is unfurnished but it does come with a big wardrobe (may be option to buy current housemates bed frame/mattress). The house has lovely shared living room and big kitchen with french doors onto garden and two fridges! We have a good sized garden with two patios and two storage sheds. We have one bathroom (with bath/ shower) between us but it works fine for us!

You will be living with three young professionals including Eva, 28 works as a brewer in Deptford; Lucia, 30 who works in advertising and me, Beattie, 28. I work as a butcher in Peckham. We are looking for a 4th housemate as our current housemate Ben has managed to buy a flat!

We are an easy-going house, who enjoy chilling at home watching telly, going to the pub and having fun shopping days out in Lewisham (TKMaxx yes pls) Also, we respect each others space and do our own thing when we fancy. We are looking for someone who would slot in easily into our home!

Rent: £950 p/m
Bills: £120 p/m (including Council tax (Band D; Lewisham), WIFI, TV license, Gas/Elec., Water)

Our current tenancy is until November 2027 so ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long term but there is some flexibility in that!
