Cozy furnished single room

My name is Mina, I'm a 28yr old woman living with two lovely cats. I am currently living alone in an end of terrace house with off street parking, sizeable garden and conservatory. I am looking for to sublet the single room up to the middle of October, somewhat flexible on dates. Happy for shorter lets as well.

The house contains a living room, a large kitchen dinner with a brand new kitchen, a conservatory, a shower room with separate toilet.

I work in education so I'm currently on summer holidays spending lots of time in and around the house doing DIY and gardening as we only moved in a couple months ago. I enjoy cooking, I used to work as a professional chef, spending time with family and friends and playing board games.

I'm open to a variety of living arrangements, as long as you pull your weight in terms of cleaning.
