Sunny spacious room in Brockley!!

Hello!

I’m moving out to be closer to work and settle!

My room is big, spacious and already has double bed, a chest of draws, wardrobe and desk. It’s a really bright room and feels really cosey.

The other girls in the flat are super kind, fun people. We are all artists working, and would be lovely if you took interest in making art or enjoy talking and looking at art.

Our flat is in an old victoria looking House and we have the upper flat. A large living room/diner with a separate kitchen act as great social spaces and cosey places to sit quietly if needed!

One WC and One bathroom!

It’s homey, and feels super safe and is close to get to central, elephant and castle, the overground etc.

Shops are near by, as well as spacious parks and lovely coffee shops.

A really great young couple lives downstairs in there flat, which adds a layer of comfort to our home!

The process of you moving in would go through foxtons so that’ll make it super secure for you on your end too!

We split the bills evenly between us all.

I have included a spreadsheet breaking down the costs!

top two numbers are a the deposit at £894.23 and a £50 leaving and moving in fee which we would split between us.
