💷 Rent: £225/week (negotiable, all bills included)

🛏️ The Room & Flat:
A fully furnished private room in a shared basement flat, comes with a double bed, desk, and Wi-Fi. The flat has a shared kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave) and washing machine + dryer. The flat is equipped with air conditioner, so it is very comfortable during this summer and you do not have to worry about the heatwave.
