The studio is a 9th floor quiet studio overlooking the plaza in front of the building and has a partial view of the canals. The room is cleaned once every 2 weeks by the building management at no additional cost and has lots of natural sunlight.

The rent is £1803 pcm, inclusive of all utilities (water, gas, internet), and council tax. This is a discounted rate to the current offering from the building on similar sized studios. The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

The move in date can be flexible (from the end of November - January)
