We have a lovely quiet room overlooking the garden which has now become available.

This room has recently been repainted and has a little washbasin in it for your private use. The kitchen, living room and pretty little garden are shared.

We have internet access and the normal requirements such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.

My husband and I live here with our son who has just left University. We are all very busy and quiet so we are looking for an independent person who cooks for themselves, leaves the kitchen clean, and who is also busy. You would also be responsible for buying and preparing your own food.

We are all very friendly but not around a lot but would always be willing to help with any information regarding London and the surrounding areas. We are very happy to help you with the English language if you so require.

The local area is very desirable and now quite fashionable with many small restaurants, boutique type shops and a Waitrose and recently opened Co-op. We have a wet fish shop, several excellent independent grocery shops and a great selection of bars and pubs which have music and quiz nights etc.

If you are artistically inclined this is a great place to be as many activities go on during the year which show other artists work in various venues throughout Crouch End.

Our local transport is excellent with buses that go directly to Finsbury Park or Trafalgar Square and from Finsbury Park you can get anywhere in Central London or the City. There are also two train stations very close by at Hornsey and Crouch Hill.
