The rent includes all the big bills: ie Council Tax, Water Rates & Central Heating. Other utilities are on coin meters or timers, [power to the room on £1 meters, showers on 10p timers and washing machine and driers on £1 coin timers] which don't cost much and so you only pay for what you use yourself.

The room is on the first floor and measures 14 feet by 11 (4.3 x 3.1 metres). It has a fitted kitchen area, raised bed area, gas central heating, cable TV and telephone points [connected to Virgin and the Tenants responsibility.

It's in a lovely old Victorian house with a garden, just round the corner from the Clock Tower. The house has 11 rooms on 3 floors, with 4 loos, 2 showers, 1 bath with shower, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers.

Our nearest tube is Archway on the Northern Line or Finsbury Park on the Victoria and Piccadilly Line. The the local buses are W3, W5, W7, 41 & 91.

This is a quiet person's house. If you like noise, don't come here!
