Light, cosy, well decorated room

We have a lovely light, cosy room at the top of our house to rent, ideally to a student. This is not a flatshare - it is a room to rent in our family home so you would be able to use the kitchen for making your meals but not the other rooms in the house. The rented room is on the top floor and has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a roof terrace. Occasionally we have friends to stay who will use the top bathroom but apart from that it is for your sole use. We are a friendly, relaxed couple. Ian is a writer and I am a therapist. We have have two children in their 30s who come home from time to time and two whippets so you would have to like dogs! Our house has five bedrooms and is in a lovely street minutes from Ally Pally so there is lots of green space. We have rented out rooms for many years so are quite used to having lodgers, especially foreign students. We are about 15 minutes walk from central Crouch End and the bus stop is at the bottom of the road for buses to Finsbury Park (15 minutes) or Turnpike Lane (10 mins) The rent includes bills.
