Single Fully Furnished Bedroom in N8 - Short Let

I have a lovely spare room available from late August/early September for a short let of a minimum of 2 weeks, ideally 1-3 months, with the possibility of extending.

🏡 The room & flat
A fully furnished, good-sized single bedroom in a spacious 3-bedroom flat with a balcony and all mod cons. I live here on my own, although my 20yo daughter will be living on campus at university and may visit occasionally.

You’ll be sharing the open-plan kitchen/living room and bathroom with me. There are also two toilets, so no need to worry about bathroom queues 😉.

The flat is comfortable, bright and homely, with plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home.

I’m looking for a clean and considerate person who’ll enjoy a relaxed, friendly home environment.

📍Crouch End N8 Lovely quiet and super-safe area with village feel (twice voted the best place to live in the UK!) There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery shops and even two amazing cinemas nearby. There is also a gym with a swimming pool and lido and a health centre next door to our modern block of flats.

Nearest tube: 25-min walk to Highgate (Zone 3) or 15-min bus ride to Finsbury Park (Zone 2) with very convenient transport links to Piccadilly and Victoria lines (10 mins to Oxford Circus, 15 mins to Covent Garden). There are also a few overground stations nearby: Hornsey, Crouch Hill, Alexandra Palace.
