Hey! We’re Nuala and Alice, and Lulu the Greyhound. Our flatmate Matt is moving out to live with his partner and so we are looking for someone to move in with us when he leaves in June.

About us:
Nuala has lived in the flat for four years, Alice has lived here for two years and we both work for charities. We are a relaxed but sociable household. We enjoy cooking and eating together in the evenings and watching TV, or occasionally go to the pub or cinema, but we also have our own friends in London and like our own space as well. This flat is our home and we’re looking for someone who will fit well in the flat.

About the room:
The room is furnished, it’s more suitable for someone who doesn’t work from home as there is no space for a desk.
It has lots of storage space, as well as a wardrobe and space for under bed storage, there is also an additional storage cupboard which is just for the room. Please see picture 3.

About the flat:
The flat is light and spacious with a cosy, homely feel. The shared kitchen/living room opens out on to a lovely big garden which is great in the summer. There is a parking space which is unused at the moment.

About Crouch End :
Our flat is situated right in the heart of crouch end (rated as one of the best places to live in London)
there are cafes, bookshops, great pubs, restaurants, cinemas, and a gym all within a two minute walk, there’s also lots of green spaces nearby Ally pally, parkland walk, priory park, Highgate woods.
We’re ten mins from Fins P, and Archway stations by bus and a twelve minute walk from Hornsey train station, or fifteen minutes to Crouch hill overground, (but why would you want to leave).

Other info:
The bills are approx £135 per month including internet, gas, electricity and council tax. There is some flexibility on the move in date.
