About Us:
You’ll be living with me and my pregnant partner. We’re sociable, mature and easy going, but this is not a party house. The occasional weekend gathering is fine, but the house is generally calm, respectful and tidy, especially during the week.

We’re looking for someone considerate, communicative and clean, who wants to live in a relaxed but well-kept home. There will be a cleaning rota so the shared spaces stay fair and manageable for everyone.

About You:

A working professional looking for a short-term room in one of Crouch End’s best locations
Respectful of shared space and happy to contribute to keeping the house clean (rota schedule, one weekly clean rotation)
Comfortable living in a calm home environment
Friendly and easy going, but independent
Not suitable for couples.
