Double room available in a two bed flat in crouch end from April!
We’re Veronica and Damien, both 28. We both travel quite a bit! We’re a chill house, always up for hanging out but also respectful of alone time! Looking for someone to join our flat as our housemate is moving out. Ideally looking for someone who works full time out of the house as we already have a wfh flatmate :)
The location is really great, lots of shops, pubs and cafes, and surrounded by nature. 10 mins bus to finsbury park, 15 min walk to Harringay and Highgate stations.
Bills come to around 100 and include water, wifi, energy, and council tax!
You’ll need to be able to provide a right to rent share code (if from out of UKI) to the letting agents, and potentially a guarantor depending on income.
