My name is Diksha Kodan, and I am an existing flat mate in this apartment. Currently, two of us live here and we are looking for a third flat mate to join our friendly and relaxed home.

The property is a spacious three-bedroom flat with two bathrooms, a large living hall and a fully equipped kitchen, as shown in the pictures. The kitchen includes all amenities such as a washing machine, microwave, two air fryers, fridge, shelves and utensils. We also have a TV in the living area, which can be connected to a laptop for watching together. There is no additional cost for using the TV.

The flat has good heating and ventilation throughout. The layout is as follows:

Upstairs: One bedroom, one bathroom and the large living hall with an open kitchen

Downstairs: Two bedrooms and one bathroom
Although the lower level is technically a basement, it does not feel like one, it has natural light and access to a small open backyard. Bathrooms can be used freely by anyone, upstairs or downstairs.

The room has excellent lighting, good heating and a comfortable setup.
