Lovely room in Crouch End to rent with access to shared balcony. Has a classic Ikea pull out bed in room which is mine and can be removed if you have own bed. Wardrobe however is landlords and has to stay in the room. Room is available from 13th July 2026 as that’s when old contract ends. Could possibly move in earlier but contractually would be July

My names Chilli, I’ve lived here 2 years. I’m looking for a full time working professional for a 2 bedroom house so will only be sharing with myself and my cat (have to like cats is necessary)
I’m neurodivergent so do value my alone time and cleanliness so looking for someone similar, but want to get along and can chill and watch a film occasionally and have a glass of wine together but will respect each other when we just want space and to recharge alone and understand it’s nothing personal. I have many lgbtq+ friends who occasionally come over so would like someone lgbtq+ or respectful of the community. I love formula 1 and cars, music and fashion and especially a martini after a long work week so if you’re good with that we’ll get along great!
My cat is called Cat and she is a very cuddly sweetheart, she’s 14 years old, I’ve had her forever and adore her and everyone who meets her falls in love. She will meow at you for cuddles and then try to act nonchalant about it.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are downstairs. The house has a driveway if you have a car. There’s a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Bathroom has bath with shower.

Crouch End is a beautiful area and very safe. There’s lovely pubs, bars and restaurants close by and parks
