BIG Bedroom in Crouch End with friendly housemates

Hi everyone! My room at this lovely flat in Crouch End is available for the 1st of July (possibly earlier! I am leaving by the 24th of June). The flat is above a french bistro on the Broadway Parade, and the room is on the top floor. We are currently a two male and two female household and therefore are keen to keep that balance, but feel free to message anyway! The housemates are easy going and very friendly, with a good mix of professions. There is a reference check so please apply only if you think you can pass it (ie. in full time employment or a working freelancer).

The flat has a huge living room, and a cosy little kitchen (the views of Alexandra Palace are really nice from the kitchen). The room is part/mostly furnished, there is no bed-frame. There is however; a mattress, several chests of drawers, some storage blocks and a sofa. The room has a big window overlooking Crouch End.

Great part of town with lots of cafes, pubs and cool shops! 24hr buses and a short walk to Hornsey Station for Thameslink and National Rail. Finsbury Park station is also accessible by a 10 minute bus journey.

There is fortnightly cleaner for all the communal spaces which is £13.34 a month each. Internet, energy bills and council tax are not included in the rent and are split between the housemates monthly. There is no water bill (the restaurant on the ground floor covers it). Bills all together are roughly between 120-150 a month depending on the season (council tax is £77ish each a month).
