This posting is for a light and peaceful room in a friendly 2 bed apartment in Crouch End, available any time to move in.

It is a 5 minute walk into Crouch End, which is such a lovely part of London to live. Quiet, pretty, and with great food and parks nearby.

The room itself is relatively small, but bright and comfortable. It comes furnished, with everything seen in the pictures, and a built in large wardrobe/cupboard for plenty of storage. The room is currently a single, but the option to put in a double is available.

There is a wonderfully spacious living room with a TV, study/work area and comfortable seating to relax in. (Hard to take photos of due to the size!)

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer... all you could need, as well as a breakfast bar dining area. The current flatmate rarely cooks so you'd have the kitchen pretty much all to yourself if you enjoy cooking!

You'll be living with a 28 year old, male PhD student, who also works at a London restaurant. He is friendly, considerate and great to live with. He is interested in film and TV and will always be up for watching something if you are too! The dynamic is very laid back and peaceful.

The bathroom is shared, with a bath and shower separate from the toilet.

For groceries, Hornsey big Sainsburys is under 10 minutes walk away and has everything. Otherwise M&S, Waitrose and a small Tesco are all in crouch End just down the road.

Hornsey station is a 5 minute walk away with a direct route into Moorgate. Otherwise 91 bus links to central London (~40 minutes), and not far from services at Finsbury Park (10 minutes bus or 20 minute walk) or Archway. Turnpike lane station is also in walking distance. Parking available outside the house but requires registration.

Everything works well, the landlord is friendly and the neighbourhood is particularly safe and calm.

Wifi and water bills not included. Council tax band C.
