Looking for 2 flatmates for my flat in Crouch End

Spacious double

My flatmates are sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Crouch End, which means I am looking for two people (female/ nb preferred) to move into the flat, available from 1st August!

1. Spacious double with a build in wardrobe - £1090 pm without bills. 15m^2 furnished

2. Regular double - £905 pm without bills, 11m^2, also furnished

Bills come to about £150 a month pp, a bit more in the winter.

Deposit would be 5 weeks rent so 1076 pp split evenly between us as the whole property is £2800 pm.

🏡The area is great, lots of different shops: charity shops, gift shops, record store, Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury’s, cool restaurants around, two cinemas and PureGym, Parkland Walk nearby.

🚝 Transport - about 10 min bus to Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly), or 41 to Archway (Northern Line)
Hornsey station is a 12 min walk.
Crouch Hill station is a 20 min walk.

🙋🏼‍♀️You will be living with me - 27 years old, working hybrid in higher ed, Polish. Interests: musical theatre, museums, learning languages, sports.

✨There is a separate living room, bathroom, kitchen and a hall with lots of storage space.

🙏I’d like to share the flat with young professionals, around the same age as me, who would like to be friends but also we’d give each other space as well xx
