I am looking to rent a neutrally decorated bedroom located in the centre of Crouch End. It’s a 10 minute walk to Horsey station, and a 10 minute bus to Finsbury Park. It’s very well connected for public transport, and very quick to get into Central London.
It’s also a five minute walk from the flat to the supermarkets, gyms, cinema, bars and restaurants. Also it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the local park and a 15 minute walk to Alexandra Palace.

The flat has a large living room with high ceilings, and large bay windows. The kitchen gets lots of natural light, and opens out on to the garden.

I’m a professional in my late 30’s looking to rent the room for 2 months, but potentially longer.
I like to go to the gym, cook, watch movies and socialise. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t mind being social, but also respects other’s space and privacy.

The rent is £1800 per month with all bills included. This includes fibre optic broadband, a cleaner that comes twice a month, and all communal products.
Also the living room is equipped with a large screen tv with all streaming services on it.
