Crouch End

I am looking to rent a large bedroom located in the centre of Crouch End. It’s a 10 minute walk to Hornsey station, and a 10 minute bus to Finsbury Park station. It’s very well connected for public transport, and very quick to get into Central London.
It’s also a five minute walk from the flat to the Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, M&S, the gyms, the cinema, pubs, bars and restaurants. Also it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the local park and a 15 minute walk to Alexandra Palace.

The flat has a large living room with high ceilings, and large bay windows. The kitchen gets lots of natural light, and opens out on to the garden.

I’m a professional working as a freelancer in the tv industry in my 30’s.
I like to go to the gym, cook, watch movies and socialise. It would be nice to find someone to who wants to be social, but I also don’t mind if you prefer doing your own thing.

The rent is £1600 per month with all bills included. This includes fibre optic broadband, a cleaner that comes twice a month, and all communal products.
Also the living room is equipped with a large screen tv with all streaming services on it.
