Cozy double room in the heat of Crouch End

I'm moving out of my flat and looking for someone to move into my current room.

It's a four-bed house on the side of the main road in Crouch End with a toilet, bathroom, living room, and a kitchen.

Flatmates are currently three lovely lads.
I'm leaving on the 19th of July, which will be your move-in date.

Bills:
Council tax: £77.75 pcm/pp
Internet: £10 pcm/pp
Energy bill: around £20~£45 pcm/pp depending on the season
Cleaner bi-weekly: £13

Due to reference requirements, you will have to be working full-time, and the landlord communicates through an agency that is quite responsive as well.

I will hold a viewing when I can as it comes.
