Lovely Double Room in Crouch End (North London)

Hi! My name is Paul, and I’m looking for a new housemate to rent this double room in my 2-bed flat in Crouch End (North London). My friend sadly moved out recently and I’m looking for someone like-minded who brings positive energy to the place :) The room is available from 9th July, and I am running viewings from 1st July.

The room comes furnished (double bed + mattress, big wardrobe, 2 big chests of drawers, bedside table, full-length mirror) and it’s very bright, clean and comfortable.

The flat is a lovely, peaceful home split across 2 floors, recently painted and refurbished, with a vintage feel and plenty of space. It's in the heart of Crouch End which I personally love - one of the nicest and safest areas in London, with great cafés, pubs, cinemas, supermarkets, parks and charity shops.

About me: I’m a creative working full-time in music writing/performance and private tutoring. I love the arts, literature, travelling and cooking nice food. In my 30s, very open-minded, laid-back, respectful and easy to be around. I'm very career-focused (so usually very busy!) but also up for a chat and a glass of wine at home. I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe who values a warm atmosphere - creatives or people with similar interests are very welcome!

The flat is very well-connected with links to Hornsey (National Rail), Crouch Hill (Overground) and 7-10 min buses to Finsbury Park (Victoria) & Archway (Northern) with lots of bus stops right on our doorstep.

Rent & Bills:
£950/month + bills (~£200/month)
Deposit: £1,000
12-month contract (open to short lets, but long-term preferred)
Private landlord – very easy-going, no agency fees (definitely a plus!)
