Small double bedroom in Crouch End

A cosy small double room is available in our lovely 2-bedroom flat, complete with a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area that’s perfect for cooking then kicking back on the sofa with some Netflix.

You’ll be sharing with just one flatmate, who’s easy-going, tidy, and works a regular 9–5. There’s also a very sweet little black cat who lives here—he’s super well-behaved, friendly, and mostly keeps to himself (apart from occasionally asking for treats!).

I’m looking for someone who’s also in full-time employment, tidy, considerate, and happy to enjoy a relaxed, easy-going home rather than a party house.

The flat is in Council Tax Band C.
