Double room available in Crouch End / Hornsey

Hi! I have a lovely double room available to rent, it situated on the first floor.
The house has 4 bedrooms, double living room, separate office space, utility room, big kitchen diner and a lovely small garden. The main bathroom has a bath and separate walk in shower, and there is a toilet on the ground floor too. There’s also a piano and a lot of indoor plants.

Currently only 2 of us living here, and we are childhood friends. The master bedroom will also be available to rent which has a sofa in it and a little balcony but it is currently undergoing some repairs which will be finished soon, so if you’re interested you are welcome to look at that room as well. It will be 950 a month as it is quite a lot bigger. We are very very clean and tidy and are looking for someone who would appreciate living here. We ideally want someone who is friendly and easy going and we can get on with. Bills are included
We need someone who is ok with dogs as occasionally I look after neighbours and friends dogs.
