Shared facilities include a brand new kitchen and bathroom (fitted in June 2026), a living room, and a private back garden.

Rent is £995 pcm + bills (usually around £120-150 a month) (There is an additional once per year charge of approx £450 for the water that isn't factored in to the monthly estimate)

The room is available from the 1st September (move-in date flexible either side) We're preferably looking for someone who wants to live here longterm.

The house sits at the top of Crouch Hill in a quiet residential area. We’ve got two great neighbourhoods, Crouch End and Stroud Green, a five minute walk in either direction, both with supermarkets and loads of great cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Transport links:

20 min walk to Finsbury Park tube, or the W7 and W3 bus gets you there in 10 mins.
15 minute walk away from Harringay Station (Great Northern line)

About us / What we’re looking for:

I’m a freelance writer who works from home, and Chris works for an NHS charity and splits his time between the home and office.

We’re friendly, but we have our own private lives and will mostly do our own thing in the evenings and on weekends, so we’re looking for someone fairly independent who’s looking for something similar.

We’re also looking for someone a similar age to us, and who is clean and considerate.
