I'm looking to sublet my room in Crouch End in a shared house with two other 30 year old women. I'll be away from January 2nd until March 3rd with the potential to extend to April for the right subletter.
While the room is cozy, there is a lovely big shared living room, dining table and kitchen space as well as a patio and garden with lots of cupboard space for food and sundries.
The bedroom has a double bed and closet space along with a very large window that lets in wonderful natural light and a clothing rail and standing closet.
There are two cats in the space, (but they aren't allowed in the bedroom-sorry) and shared laundry and drying machines. We are tidy and you will be asked to pitch in for a bi-monthly clean (it usually comes to about 24£ each a month.
