Hey girls! My flat mate is moving overseas, so her lovely room will be available from 6th December onwards. It's a bright, cosy flat shared with me.

- Separate kitchen with oven, stove, kettle and toaster

- One large bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of storage compartments (shared)

- Two big storage spaces for suitcases, boxes, winter clothes, etc

About Crouch End: independent cafés, charity shops, cool restaurants, and walking distance to Highgate Park and Alexandra Palace.

It's a calm building in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, full of families and couples. We never hear the neighbours!

A bit about me: I am Sanjana looking for a girl in her mid to late 20s who enjoys keeping the space tidy and clean. I am wfh on Mondays and Fridays and in the office the rest of the week. I love long walks, a couple beers at the pub, romcoms, trying new recipes and painting.

COSTS

- Rent: £850/month (excluding bills)

- Bills: approx. £150/month (council tax, wifi and energy)

- Water: £150 each (every 6 months)

-Deposit : approx £1100
