A lovely room in Crouch End located just a 10 minute walk from Hornsey Station and a 30 minute walk from Finsbury Park.
The flat is clean and tidy and in a family friendly neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the high street.
The room is a double, on the floor plan it is labelled as the living room but when we moved in we felt the the room with the terrace attached is best as the living room.
Bills are an additional £200 a month.
The girl currently living in the flat is super friendly and sociable, but also respectful if you need you space.
I am moving back to my hometown of Brighton which is why the room is available.
The images are of when we originally viewed it but we have more videos of what it looks like now - happy to have facetime meetings to show you better and also available Monday and Tuesday evenings to pop over to view.
