Sublet Double Room Crouch End

I’m looking for someone to sublet my double room in Crouch End for 6 months.

Ideally, I’m looking for a working professional, preferably someone in their 30s or 40s, although postgraduate or PhD students would also be considered.

It’s important to me that the person is sociable and enjoys having a chat and spending some time together in the shared areas, particularly the living room and kitchen. At the same time, I’m looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces and keeps the kitchen and communal areas clean and tidy.

I’d like the flat to feel friendly and social rather than just being a place where people happen to live together, while still respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
